Due Ponti Restaurant has been welcoming guests since 2009.  Located on the shore in Whitestone, we are recognized as the perfect destination for a romantic meal, celebration, private party or event. 

Due Ponti proudly servers regional Italian cuisine.  Our menu blends old world style traditional favorites alongside inspired dishes that pay tribute to each season and its available ingredients.  Enjoy the warmth of our homemade bread, spirited cocktails, farm to table produce, and seafood hand selected daily from the market. 

The kitchen is heart of our restaurant where we prepare inspired savory dishes created by Chef Giovani alongside decadent desserts and pastries by Pastry Chef Carmelita Kervran. For special requests or tasting menus, call ahead of time for Due Ponti to accommodate your needs.

OWNERS 

Joe and Rosemary Facchin, your consummate hosts, greet regulars and new faces nearly every night of the week. Due Ponti is a labor of love and these are owners who will go to great lengths to accommodate guests with a unique brand of hospitality and genuine kindness.  While the kitchen is said to be the heart of every restaurant, they are the soul, making everyone feel as if they were part of "la famigila."

Giovani  cICINELLI 

EXECUTIVE CHEF

With Sicilian born parents Chef Giovani has always been drawn to the kitchen. His apprenticeship includes 5 years in Lyon, France and 3 years in Milan, Italy under the tutelage of  Michelin 3 star chefs Paul Bocuse and Gualtiero Marchesi as well as experience in Naples at Da Michele Pizzeria. Chef Cicinelli owned his own restaurant for 5 years near the WTC and has been a respected NYC culinary talent for over 20 years.

Queens best kept secret, Camalina and her exquisite pastries and desserts are unbelievable!  Carmalinas curiosity, drive, and talent inspire her to create a seasonally driven desserts.  Every berry, vanilla bean or dash of cocoa used becomes an unforgettable masterpiece.
